Beginner Pole Dance is a great way to "try out" the studio. You will learn a routine that consists of BEGINNER level moves combined with sexy filler moves and basic floorwork.
The routine changes with every class. This allows you to stay challenged while providing you the opportunity to dance as much as you want with no commitment.
what to wear: tank top, yoga pants or shorts with leg warmers
what to bring: bottled water, a hand towel and a yoga mat
footwear: 6 inch exotic dance heels with a strap or barefoot
