Find out what really goes on in a pole dancing class. This workshop is a tasty sampler of what our studio has to offer. One of our experienced (and extremely patient) instructors will guide you through a fun and flirty routine that features basic moves from our pole, floorwork, exotic dance programs.
You'll learn a simple spin from our PoleFit curriculum, some tantalizing Fillers & Flow moves and a sexy derrière trick from Booty Camp. You'll build strength with our unique PoleCore exercises and we'll cool down using relaxing stretches from our FloorWork class.
