Designed with the "everyday" woman in mind, our pole dance classes are suitable for women of all sizes, shapes, ages and walks of life.
OUR 4-WEEK PROGRESSIVE POLE SERIES
Our AlphaKitten Method® curriculum is taught in 4-week sessions and consists of nine levels:
- Beginner Levels: 1-3
- Intermediate Levels: 4-6
- Advanced Levels: 7-9
Over the years, we have seen that women who make a weekly commitment tend to advance quickly and become stronger, sexier dancers.

You become part of a sexy sisterhood of like-minded and supportive women! Each level will leave you feeling stronger, accomplished and empowered.
Getting started is easy! To become a part of our fabulous pole program, you now have TWO options:
POLE 101 or SIX WEEKS to SEXY
Both of these beginner series are ideal for the pole newbie and suitable for all women - and fitness levels!
SIX WEEKS to SEXY

POLE 101 - new sessions start:

SIX WEEKS TO SEXY - new sessions start:
- Thursday, 12/07/17 at 8:30pm
- Wednesday: December 27th at 8:30pm
- Monday: January 8th at 11:00am
INTRO to POLE - NEW! - This drop-in class is a fun and sexy way to check out our studio before committing to our four or six week series!
- Mondays at 9:00am
- Saturdays at 10:00am
In addition to our signature "4-WEEK POLE PROGRESSION SERIES" we also offer several "DROP-IN" classes and "WORKSHOPS" While designed to enhance and compliment current students on their PoleKitten journey, these one-time classes are a purrfect way for the "pole curious" to test the waters before diving in.
