Do you freeze up between moves? Does your mind go blank when the tricks stop? This is the fix.

Fillers, Flow & Floor F@ckery combines two of V's favorite things: Exotic dance and Yin yoga.

Take a deep dive into the details that make pole dancing irresistible — the slow, deliberate moments between tricks that turn strength into seduction. The moves most people skip.

We'll work on posture, transitions, and those signature heel clacks until the flow feels effortless.

Then we close it out with Yin poses — melt into the floor, quiet your mind, and go home ready to sleep like a baby.

Consider Wednesday nights your after-dark dose of pole therapy to get you to the weekend.

Pole 101 graduates and up. All garter levels welcome.

Need more time on the pole? This 45-minute drop-in is all about tricks, strength, and building confidence. We'll work on climbs, spins, and combos — plus the conditioning moves that make everything look smoother and stronger.

A great way to review what you've learned or get in some extra practice between your series classes.

Pole Dance & Flow

This 45-minute drop-in teaches a mini routine you can weave into your combos — focusing on the juicy in-between moves that make pole dancing look like magic.

Expect slow, slinky transitions, floorwork, and stripper-inspired flow you can actually use between tricks.
