What is Six Weeks to Sexy?

Today, I want to tell you about a very exciting program we are launching, Six Weeks to Sexy.

I am especially proud of this because it has been years in the making. Every day, women ask me "how did you lose the weight? And "how do you keep it off?"

While diet and exercise were a big part of my journey, exotic dance was the key to my success. Through dance, I finally found an activity that I loved, I would do every day and it reshaped my body. The most important thing I gained from it was learning how to love what I saw in the mirror. I began to love my body, all of it… Even my pudge!

Because I was able to embrace myself through the journey, I was happy! I loved myself at 180, 160, 140 and I've kept the weight off for 10 years now and I'm still eat up with myself at 120. That is what I want to share with you.

So Six Weeks to Sexy isn't just a diet and exercise program. It's a journey. 

The "Eat Clean" meal plan has been dietitian approved and you will lose weight. But it the true goal of it is to change the relationship you have with food.

I always say "it ain't the doughnut making you fat." Once you figure that out, eating becomes simple. Food no longer has control over you - You have control over your food and that is very, very liberating. 

The "Dance Dirty" part of our program is by far, my favorite! That's where the magic happens. Yes, you will get one hell of a workout but more than that, we will teach you how to move, dance, and strut like the strong, sexy woman you were always meant to be.

Confidence. That's what makes a woman sexy.

It's never too late. You're never too old. You're never too big.
