Learn how to give a sexy lap dance to your partner without feeling silly in our 'Valentine's Day' lap dance workshop.

PRE-REQ: No experience necessary! This beginner workshop is suitable for all women. 

HOWEVER, you will be practicing your routine on a fellow classmate, so you may want to sign-up with a friend... or make a new one!

If turning feels more like tripping — this one’s for you. In this 45-minute workshop, we’ll break down technique, clean up your turns, and teach you how to swirl, twirl, and spin without feeling like a baby giraffe.

Need more time on the pole? This 45-minute drop-in is all about tricks, strength, and building confidence. We’ll work on climbs, spins, and combos—plus the conditioning moves that make everything look smoother and stronger.

It’s a great way to review what you’ve learned or get in some extra practice between your series classes.

This 45-minute drop-in class teaches a mini routine you can weave into your combos—focusing on the juicy in-between moves that make pole dancing look like magic.

Expect slow, slinky transitions, floorwork, and stripper-inspired flow you can actually use between tricks.
