What should we wear?
Leggings or yoga pants — some moves happen on the floor and bare knees will remind you of that the next day. Tank top or short-sleeved shirt on top. Barefoot or grippy socks only — no street shoes. Make it comfortable and photo-friendly. You're going to want those pictures.
What time should we arrive?
5 minutes early. Parties run on a tight schedule and can't be extended — arriving on time means you get every minute you paid for.
Where are you located?
4719 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH 45217 — St. Bernard area. Look for the red door. We're on the second floor of the Wigland building. You'll know you found the right place.
Where do we park?
Two free municipal lots nearby — one directly across from the Wigland building, another a few doors up. Most guests come via I-75, Mitchell Road/St. Bernard exit.
How does payment work?
Balance is due on arrival. Cash or card accepted — but we process one payment only. Sort out who owes what before you get here.
What should we bring?
Have everyone pick a "stripper name" and a song before the party — knowing the lyrics makes it way more fun. Phones and cameras are welcome. Just don't record the lesson or your instructor during the party.
Can we extend the party?
No. Our schedule is packed and your instructor cannot go over time. Book the 90-minute VIP if you want more — it's worth it.

⚠️ A Few Things Before You Arrive
No alcohol in the studio.
We love a good pregame — just not in here. Anyone visibly intoxicated will be asked to sit out. No exceptions, no refunds.
Skip the lotion. Seriously.
No lotion, oils, or moisturizers the night before or day of the party. Pole grip requires dry skin. Ashy beats injured every time.
Leave the jewelry at home.
Rings, bracelets, watches — all of it comes off before class. The poles will win that fight and your jewelry will lose.
