We’re not a gym with a pole bolted to the floor. PoleKittens Fitness is a pole dance and feminine movement studio in St. Bernard, where you’ll get stronger, more flexible, and more in your body than any workout class will get you. The fitness happens. The transformation happens. But that’s the side effect, not the pitch.

How it works

Every new student starts with Pole 101, our four-week entry course. From there, you’ll work through our nine-level garter progression—each level a four-week series where you earn your next garter by mastering the skills. It’s structured. It’s progressive. And it’s the reason women stick around for years.
