In addition to our signature 4week Pole Progression Series, we also offer several "drop-in" classes and workshops. While designed to enhance and compliment current students on their PoleKitten journey, these one-time classes are a purrfect way for the "pole curious" to test the waters before diving in.
Workshops are suitable for all fitness levels and cover a wide range of useful and sexy skills. While the selection changes from month-to-month, here are several of our more popular drop-in classes and workshops:
BLACKLIGHT BOOTY CAMP
Get ready to dedicate an hour to your derrière! In this challenging lower-body workout, you’ll learn how to move like the video vixen hiding inside you! We break down each mesmerizing move to isolate muscles and control your moneymaker’s maneuvers. This class is open to everyone. And yes, that includes all fitness levels... and booty sizes! INTRO to POLE
This 60 minute class is "purr-fect" for busy women who can't commit to our 4-week series! One of our experienced (and extremely patient) instructors will guide you through a fun and flirty routine that consists of beginner level moves combined with sexy filler moves and sensual floorwork.
SIP & STRETCH
De-Stress, PoleKitten style.
Enjoy a tasty adult beverage* as V guides you through a seductive series of exotic dance floor moves and deep, relaxing stretches. Think "stripper" Tai Chi ...with booze! This 60 minute class will melt away your weekly holiday stress, improve your flexibility and your bedroom prowess!
LAP DANCE 101
Need to spice up your love life?
Lap Dance 101 focuses on the basics of giving a sexy and authentic* lap dance and is suitable for sizes and shapes. This 60 minute workshop will give you the tools to add some spice and intimacy to your relationship. All moves, including our "PoleKitten Purr" have been lap-tested and husband approved!
