Designed with the "everyday" woman in mind, our pole dance classes are suitable for women of all sizes, shapes, ages and walks of life.
Under the caring guidance of our instructors and the support of your fellow kittens, you will progress at your own pace. We are here to guide you in to becoming the beautiful badass you were meant to be!

OUR 4-WEEK PROGRESSIVE POLE SERIES

Our AlphaKitten Method TM curriculum is taught in 4-week sessions and consists of nine levels:
- Beginner Levels: 1-3
- Intermediate Levels: 4-6
- Advanced Levels: 7-9
Over the years, we have seen that women who make a weekly commitment tend to advance quickly and become stronger, sexier dancers.
Another added benefit?
You become part of a sexy sisterhood of like-minded and supportive women! Each level will leave you feeling stronger, accomplished and empowered.
Getting started is easy!
To join of our fabulous pole program, you now have TWO options: POLE 101 or SIX WEEKS to SEXY
Both of these beginner series are ideal for the pole newbie and suitable for all women - and fitness levels!

POLE 101 - Level 1

If you’ve never touched a pole before, this class is perfect for you!

SIX WEEKS to SEXY

DROP-IN CLASSES

In addition to our signature "4-WEEK POLE PROGRESSION SERIES" we also offer several "DROP-IN" classes and "WORKSHOPS" While designed to enhance and compliment current students on their PoleKitten journey, these one-time classes are a purr-fect way for the "pole curious" to test the waters before diving in.

This circuit-styled class features pole specific exercises designed to improve your spins, lifts and poses. Never boring, Body by Pole uses a mix of body weight exercises, cardio intervals, strength and flexibility training to help you burn calories and increase your endurance.
Our Body by Pole class gives you the personal attention you need to get where you want to be on your pole adventure.

Turning Tricks
Calling all pole monkeys! Are you struggling with a specific trick? Do you dread pole-to-pole? Or maybe, you are craving a little more “pole” time? Then you will absolutely love Turning Tricks!
This multi-level class is ALL TRICKS - NO DANCE.
